It's stamped "10k" for 10k gold! Tried to get as best a photo as I could but it is a bit hard to see in it (very easy to see in person though)

No problem! I actually just checked the ring again after commenting and it does have the letters "TW" right next to it very small (it's a maker's mark, apparently!) So the total stamping is "10k TW"

It's decently light; not super light or anything but certainly not heavy. No need to apologize for the questions, I'm glad you're interested! I don't have anything to weigh it with but with estimates and what I can find online, I believe it's about 3 grams! (not 100% sure, could be slightly off)
