The cards are 2 1/4 by 3 1/2 inches and they are in fair condition - minimal aged spots and cards might have a small crease.
There are so many creative ways to enjoy these fun cards! These are not a complete game set. They are for collecting, paper crafts, ATC 's, scrapbooking, mixed media art, collages, and more!!!!

No there was not, sorry. But I can say that these are from the late 50's or early 60's from doing a little research online. Hope this helps ya. Thanks for asking.
