It is used. I wore it to work occasionally, however, in order for it to look nice, it must be ironed and I just do not have time to do that anymore. There are no rips or stains on it. I also would probably wear a tank or short sleeved top underneath although it is not sheer. I would consider it better than average conditions but not excellent condition.
