Thanks. I feel awful about charging shipping to Canada and I've received several requests--it's more that the USPS makes it such a ridiculous hassle for international shipping and they're never open when I'm not at work.

In Canada we have postal outlets in Drug stores and they are opened weekends to take packages and til 6pm in the evenings which makes it convenient

Would this fit a childs head who is about 4 years old? I would love to get this for my neice.

I am completely guessing but I think so--it just wouldn't be stretched like it would an an adult / older child's head. The only thing that I would worry about is how fine her hair probably is (my 4 year old still has baby fine hair) because the baby hair might not stay clipped as well.
