The listing, Dressy XL skirt has ended.

This is an XL Chiffon over a poly lining Skirt. It is a lovely light sage green in color. This was once a ne unworn bridesmaid dress and I removed the top and turned it into a skirt. The first picture is the closest to the color. There is one tiny stain on the bottom of the skirt shown in photo #3. The waist is an adjustable elastic. Right now it measures 33 inches unstretched, but could stretch to 44 inches. It measures 50" at hips and is 38" long from bottom of waist to floor. There is a back zipper so you don't have to mess up your hair putting it on. Very elegant with a dressy blouse.

Is it to the ankles? Or floor?

It is 38" from waist to bottom. I guess it depends on how tall you are. I suggest you hold a tape measure at your waist and let it hang to the floor to see how the length would work for you. It could also be shortened.
