No need for a cover just grab your one piece pjs.You can wear this with or without clothes on underneath. There pockets in the front like a hoodie has. And it unzips half way down. I am a small and yes this is pretty big on me, but that's what makes it so comfy to me. You can be a small to a 2x and still wear this to lounge around the house in. My son thinks it is the cutest thing ever. Lol It is pretty awesome.
