You, my dear are a "Know it all" there is nothing one can tell a "Know it all" since they already "Know it all" lol, I would imagine given all your expertise(Not) every single one of the 12 or so people that have purchased various years in au to unc condition of this particular coin was ill advised, inept and just plain uneducated...is that what you are saying? Better "Get to steppin" on your hobby (Stamps) and leabs coins to the true "Numismatists"

According to my research this coin has been in circulation, it has a value of approx. .10 to .50 cents. Depending on how many coins are still available in circulation to collect. Also how much of the design has been rubbed off or left on. There is a small notch at the top of the coin, it might devalue it some. Others might not care.

Who are you to grade my coins? No one. Grading is a subjective science add to that a demeaner of irritative countenance, no merit or value to your knowledge wrap it all up in a ball of deceit and ill will and what have we here?
