Be aware that I ship my items on a two week rotation. I do this because this it the rotation my paychecks come in, so when I have items that are free shipping I am able to do so. Even if there is a shipping charge on an item, I will still be sending out in my rotation because I do mass shipping on all my items (just so I don't have to make several trips back and forth in town to the post office).
