Oh ok.. I had ever heard of the water transfer before so I was wondering if it was anything like how people dip your individual nails in water with the nail polish floating on top. When I did it, it made a mess so with the water transfer it would probably be so much prettier and less messy!

With these i believe you cut the decal with scissors, and soak in water then apply to nail

Samantha if your gonna dip your fingers into the water with the nail Polish floating u first have to apply a product around the finger and nail that peels off I'll give you the exact name of the product in a bit if youde like
