I am sorry to have to change my "free shipping" policy, but I can no longer offer it. I just cannot afford the postage any longer. yes, start them inside in peat pots or newspaper pots (google it) right around Valentine's Day or earlier - depending on when your last frost of Spring will be....mine will be around the last of March....so I do mine around Valentine's.....then you put pot and plant in your tilled, fertilized soil.....all these instructions can be found at www.davesgarden.com....thanks
