Size: XL I cut off carefully the tag because it was bothering me.
No strechy in the material only at waist it has elastic.
Waist is 13" little stretchy
Length is 32" not stretchy
The past picture I was trying to take a picture where it doesn't show like it's faded was not eorking. This cute skirt is NOT faded. The lighting was making it look that way.
