This is a very soft velvet type fabric in deep plum color. It has a band across the chest of lighter purple sequins. The front hemline has seed-bead butterflies and sparkling hearts along with a border of curly-Q design made from tiny sparkling rhinestone gems. The fabric is stretchy and has thin ties to form a bow in back. It pulls over head without any zippers or buttons- short sleeves- made by Basic Editions the tag says 4/5 size, 95% polyester 5% spandex. Nape of Neck to hemline is 21", Under armpit across chest is 11", Flat front across waist is 9.5". This dress was a favorite but hardly worn due to a sudden growth spurt!
