The hue of these roses look blue.

Just came in from overseas! In time for winter stratification...just put them in your refrigerator using the paper towel method with mixture of water and hydrogen peroxide, leave there for the winter and plant outside after danger of all frost is gone.

Will you be sending instructions with the seeds. I have never gotten roses from seeds. I didn't know they had seeds. fanned and watching
