Tulip body art, face and body markers, unopened and unused, purchased 2 packages at Michaels and am keeping one, does not say anywhere on package non-toxic and I'm not familiar with face paint and makeup, purchased for grandkids who need supervision, toddlers actually, this is more of a adult product I think, primary colors, red, orange,yellow, green and blue, cosmetic quality. States to apply to clean dry skin, dust lightly with talc to set, clean gently with water, using soap may fade design, remove marker made design with alcohol . Avoid using red around eye area. Results may vary. Test on skin first. May temporarily stain skin. States that it lasts for 3 days with proper care
