I don't really know. I bought it for my granddaughter and she wears a small, not an xtra small. So I'm sorry, I only know what the tag says. However it looks small.

Hi June. First, thank you for bidding on my item and second, it is not a stretchy material, its a silky type of fabric. Surprisingly there is no label with the type of fabric. Third, if you win this item you can rest assured that you will receive it along with a tracking number. I have never had a problem with shipping. And again, thanks.
