see the small yellow bar at the bottom of the pic? that's the peel off antenna. You place it in your device (ie phone) next to the battery so it catches the extra rays given off to amplify your signal reception. NWL and full instructions. They have helped a lot of people.

Ok I guess I couldn't use it because I can't open my iPhone :/
But my brother could use one & his girlfriend they both have different phones than I do.
