This bracelet is actually technically NEW. I got it off of ebay a few months ago and it was still on the card that it was bought on. It is from Claire's and as you can see the pleather is peeling. Not terribly though, its actually a cool bracelet if you can glue it or put up with it. The spikes are on a mirrored metal plate that goes around the bracelet.
One other flaw, is that upon receiving i covered each snap and screw with clear nail polish.

I do this because i rust my bracelets for some reason! I'm toxic i guess! haha
It's only on the backside and not noticable.
