This pet collar is custom-made by me- for this price it is a collar under 14 inches. It's stretchy, and lightweight but I try to make it as sturdy as possible. This being said I always say to please use this for dress-up or for show. However some animals really like it and won't let you take it off. Please remember it's custom-made. This means to take me time to make it, and I will also need your input on color and name. Check out the last two pictures and you get an idea on what colors I have.
