The listing, Miniature Gumball Machine on Stand (new with box) has ended.

glass, metal, 3 inches over-all height. This miniature gumball machine is very detailed and very small in size. There are very tiny gumballs (probaby made of plastic) inside a glass dome(measures approx. 1/2 inch in size). The gumballs are in so many colors: orange, white, red, clear, blue, yellow, green, amber. This miniature would be nice for a dollhouse, decoration, craft project, etc. Note: This is not intended for small children. Also the picture shown is Not the actual size(this is blown up to show the details). A very adorable machine.

does it work and can it be opened?

This can't be opened and it does not work. It is a very tiny miniature made for a doll house or decoration....it stand 3 inches tall over-all....the little dome part of the machine measures 1/2 inch in size. The picture came out being larger since it was on a macro setting on the camera. This miniature is not the size of the picture.

I have a miniature collection of all sorts of items this reminds me of a real one we had as kids & all the cash went towards Disneyland trips.!
