this auction is for an estate find which has 6 6 inch plates, chokin 24K trim with etched writing and has a metallic scenery of flowers, nature etc, with each plate numbered on the back....and 4 bamboo plates, some have what looks like a tape mark on the back see pics. 10 plates total from estate, very pretty.Free shipping in US

I have one of the small plates, I didn't know it came from a set. It was one my Mother-In-Law had and gave to me before she passed, I have always thought it was very pretty!!

awwww... I dont know if this is the complete set or not, it was in a box with other stuff from the auction. Your right... it is gorgeous... just the metallic scenery on it alone is gorgeous.

These are beautiful!!! Are there scratches on these or is it just reflection of camera?

There is fine scratches on them, but not real noticeable unless close or with a camera that does close. After I took the pics I looked closer because the camera will show details that many time the eye (especially my eyes lol) does not see. When I won them, they gave me a bog box and in it these were stacked on top of each other...which is probably why..I see it around the edge not the picture and I try to take close up pics of front back etc so everyone can see every item in every auction. The bamboo ones have what looks like tape marks on the back also, which someone might be able to know how to get that off bamboo.. but I never try on estate finds in fear of making items worse because I do not know how. But yes my camera phone does make things look worse then what it may seem up real close... there is also smudges from finger prints on it, but not sure if they can be washed the the foil type metallic scene. There are no cracks or chips in any of them. Hope that helps.

That one is pretty , they are all pretty...it would be something I would want to put on a display stand or on the wall in a plate rack.

She gave me 5 plates, they are all beautiful and all in wood plate racks. Her husband had owned an antique store and they traveled all over. I have several really pretty antique pieces she gave to me..

that is sooo cool, the 24k ones have writing all around the gold edges so I tried to get as close as possible. It is Chinese? Not sure but the alpha bet is different than ours. I am hoping you win :D Good luck.
