7" Amazon Kindle. Works great...in awesome condition. Bought on Listia....only getting rid of because I have an iPad now. Kind of redundant to have both.

It's 5.37 gb internal, and 1.17 gb application.
And no I haven't had any trouble with it as I only used it for reading.

Model number? There are a number of different models of this. Fire , Fire HD , different generations.
