this was my daughters favorite outfit, the skirt has an adjustable waist BUT the elastic needs to be pulled back through one end. I tried and cant get it, i ran out of patience lol. if you enlarge the photo of just the skort you will see just under the ribbon in the center a spot. it is light purple nail polish. got to love little girls :) sure to make some little girl a good play outfit. thanks for looking and please as any questions you may have
