The listing, Women's 925 Sterling Silver Size 10 Ring has ended.
Well, I love a good everyday ring, and this has been mine for the last several months. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I have lost about 30 pounds and it's too big for me now! I hate to part with it, but I don't really feel like gaining weight back just to wear it. LOL
It is a size 10 and is fairly thin and slightly raised. It's a very pretty, demure ring. I just cleaned it, so it's super bright and shiny. Go ahead and bid, you'll love it!
Questions & Comments
WOW you did a lot of work. I lost mine by stopping cokes, bread and sugar. That's it - the main thing was sugar. Nothing with more than a trace of sugar. Of course I ate actual portions of anything like crackers or chips - like you said, not the whole bag. And since I am disabled and could not work out - I just walked. A little each day. The habits stuck and the weight stayed off. I was shocked because I was obese my whole life and tried every diet and every pill known to man - but don't you agree, you have to really want it! I wanted to stop taking insulin shots and not having back pain - I have neither now. Worth not eating a few dozen cookies! Congrats - you are one strong woman and I am impressed!
Thank you ver much for saying that. I agree on the sugar thing, however I do indulge in a Weight Watchers ice cream bar about 3 times a week. I'm a lover of ice cream, and it satiates that need. haha! I don't add sugar to my coffee anymore and I've never been much of a soda drinker, but I have one maybe twice a month. I don't need to pour chemicals into my mouth, thanks. I just want to be healthier. I have more to lose of course, but I'm doing it fairly slow and I haven't given up, I've actually found ways to enjoy food and still eat better. The random pains are getting better and I feel wonderful! I try to eat mostly whole grains (bread/oatmeal/tortillas/pasta) instead of white flour based, and always have a piece of fruit or veggies with meals and snacks. People around me see me doing it and they are not only encouraging, but they are doing it more too! And the funny thing is, I've actually grown to love walking. =)
beautiful ring! Congratulations on your weight loss. I lost 85 pounds and kept it off for 7 years. I wish I could lose 30 more - but I think God must have intended me to always be in perfect shape - if you consider ROUND to be a shape!
Actually, I've been doing Weight Watchers since the end of February. All the things you dont want to hear - portion control, adding more fruits veggies and water, and walking. It's hard at first, cause everything is soooo tempting, but that's what cheat days are for. I have a reasonable amount of something I'm craving, not the WHOLE pizza. lol
