It does close and its circumference is 7". It is both silver and gold toned. I hope this helps.

Can you edit this auctin and put a GIN on it,reasonable Gin since no one has placed a bid yet.I have enough credits to do a reasonable GIN and I rally love this bracelet.Its what I need so my medic alert bracelet does not look like a mans id bracelet.My medic alert bracelet is silver and my rings are goldcolored.Please can you do this first thing in the morning before work and if I have something up for auction in the near future I would give you the same break.Thank you

Sorry abut my terrible spelling but I spilled pop on my keyboard and no matter how much I clean it certain letters stick.I really do know how to spell I just forgot to check spelling in above post before I submitted it.I have just gotten out of the hospital 2x and this bracelet would be ideal.So please can you edit it and put a reasonable Gin on it?Thank you.
