WARNING to bidders ... last night at least THREE bidders told me they tried to place bids in the last minute that never registered. If you want something PLEASE place your bid at LEAST five minutes before the auction end. At night, when lots of auctions are ending, Listia's servers get overwhelmed and slow down. If you want something, bid in advance PLEASE!

While I'm on a soapbox ... here's another thing to consider. Do you bid against friends? I do, and here's why:

Once you've been on Listia for a while, you make a LOT of friends! The many wonderful people on Listia is a BIG reason why I keep giving away stuff, and spending about $200 a month on shipping! When I find something I like, I don't even LOOK at who is bidding ... I just bid, and then I MIGHT look.

The problem is that if you don't bid against friends, you don't bid on a LOT of auctions. This is not fair to the sellers (and we are ALL sellers!). Sometimes I bid just to get it on my list to watch it more easily. Sometimes I bid to bump up the credits on something I think is worthwhile (particularly if the seller is a friend!). Sometimes I bid to win.

So, PLEASE bid against ME ... and PLEASE don't be upset if I bid against YOU. Bidding against friends is something of a necessary evil on Listia, and competing with friends can add to the interest and excitement of any auction!

Thanks ...this is sort of an oddball listing for me, mostly I sell beads and jewelry and all the bead and jewelry buyers are buddies. I'm seeing a lot of stuff go REALLY cheap and I think that may be part of the reason. It's very frustrating to spend a lot of time on listings, and money on shipping, and get really anemic bids. We all need to support one another with bids, IMO!

They are both the same, marked 0/S but adjustible with a velcro strap. They fit fine on me, I have a medium sized adult head I think!
