These capri leggings are made by Roamans. The material is 95% cotton, 5% spandex--a very soft knit material. Very stretchy. They are meant to be lightly form fitting. They have a full elastic waist and no pockets for a totally smooth look. Perfect for wearing with your favorite outfit or just for lounging. The tag says size 5X. Measurements are unstretched. The waist will stretch as far as the hip measurement. These are individually dyed...no two are ever alike.
