This heavy keychain is a cien pesos coin from Mexico encased in sterling silver. I tested it with a GXL Next tester to be sure.

Is only the encasing sterling?

I believe thew coin is 720 silver, I borrowed the silver tester and forgot to test the coin! However, Mexican coins from this era were silver, so I'm pretty sure it's at least 720 silver.
