A young orphan boy, Aaron McGregor (Devin Douglas), faces a torrid time when he is taken in by his aunt and uncle. His transition into the local community proves problematic, with a spate of bullying at school, and his increasingly distant uncle and aunt unable to care for him. Salvation comes in the shape of a wounded wolf who Aaron decides to take in and care for, while carefully concealing the unfortunate creature from prying eyes.
