some been used some haven't I stop using thought I would share it with somebody that would. The pen r refill by u or company but they didn't put the card in my box but I'm sure u can contact the company.

PS lady the polish dries so quick. u can use it as polish or pull the top off and use the art pen.

how much of nail polish is left? is it all dried up or useable condition?
