This is a 14 inch necklace with a bumped up flower arrangement as the focal point. It has sat for a while and looks it. Jewelry cleaner only does so much for it. Not silver tone. Not sure what the metal is, maybe brass. Might be good for a young little girl to play dress up with. Low starting bid. Free shipping to US only.
