To bill your shipment to receiver, both you and the payor are required to have a UPS account number.
If you were given a UPS account to return merchandise, and do not want to open a UPS account, please contact the account holder and ask them to send you a Return Service label.
If you'd prefer to create the shipment, use this link to open a UPS account.
1. To begin, click the "Shipping" tab and select the "Create a Shipment" link from the menu.
2. Complete Sections 1 - 5.
3. In Section 6, select "Bill Another Third Party" or "Bill the Receiver" from the "Bill Shipping Charges To" drop-down menu.
4. Complete the "Third Party" or "Receiver UPS Account Number" and "Postal Code" fields.
5. Select your account from the "Associate a Shipper's UPS Account" menu.
6. If your account is not in the menu, select "Use Another UPS Shipper Account" from the "Associate a Shipper's UPS Account" menu.
7. Enter your account number in the "UPS Account Number" field and complete the "Account Name" and "Postal Code" fields.
8. Use one of your last three Invoices or an Import Invoice received within the last 45 days to complete the "Invoice Number," "Charges This Period," "Invoice Date" and "Control ID" fields if they appear.
9. Complete Section 7 and click the "Next" button to review or complete your shipment.
