SebyDood - I was hoping to pass these along to a machinist/hobbyist who could use them. No offense, but your questions suggest to me that you're not familiar with machining?

Flutes are the cutting edges that follow a helical pattern along the length of the mill. Seen from the bottom, 2-flute and 4-flute end mills look like this: http://www.kanabco.com/vms/cutting_tools_mill/cutting_tools_mill_02.html

Most of them appear to me to be in very good or excellent condition.

They belonged to our machine shop at work before they shut it down, and we tend to buy quality stuff. I've just gotten into machining myself, so I'm probably not the best judge.

As far as shipping goes, they weigh about 9 lbs. I ask that the recipient reimburse me (via PayPal) after they receive it. If shipping ends up costing more than $12, I'll pay the difference.
