any idea on how much it cost or who or where it was sold? what does the tag say? there are different tribes in Africa, and it would be nice to know which tribe made it.

These very finely woven baskets are handcrafted by artisans in the Northern Region of Ghana, West Africa. While farming supplies the majority of the income in the region, basket weaving provides supplemental income during the dry season. Many of the weavers are women and the extra income helps provide daily necessities for their families. Retail value is $32
