Even though these socks are sock size 9-11, and have a great deal of stretch, I recommend them for shoe sizes 5-8. They are made a bit small. My shoe size is 8 and they fit me perfectly with little to spare. The socks are lightweight and relatively thin. They aren't thick like lounging socks.
