This is a pretty little gold bracelet I found in the vintage box of jewelry that my mother-in-law gave me! It's gorgeous and looks brand new. It is marked 'KOREA'. HERE'S A BIT OF INFO ON THIS MARKING:

The interesting part is the word Korea-since the 1950's jewellery tended to be North Korea or South Korea which gives rise to it's age and origin.

What can be told is that the Korean jewellery industry was closely related to the Chinese trade many years ago and that the quality of gold used was invariably high standard.

Gold? Probably! GOOD ITEM TO TAKE A CHANCE ON!!!!
