did you spin this? how wide is the individ strip? It looks like fabric and I am trying to see what I would do with it.....do you know how much is there?

The yarn was made by tearing a silk sari into ribbon strips between 3/4" - 1 1/2" wide. There is roughly 108 yards of sari ribbon yarn there.
