This card is legal for tournament play. i will ship anywhere in the US only for $2.50 (to cover the cost of shipping and materials), or if you want to save a few bucks, you can meet me at Game Corp (2920 Buffalo Road, Erie, PA 16510, ph. 814-899-2673).
