This is a waterproof case that can hold cigarettes, a cell phone, gum, etc. My husband bought it to protect his precious Camel's from getting wet while we were white water rafting :P Measures 4.5" x 3" x 1"

ONE MORE USE: put a lighter and some fire starters and maybe a little prepaid phone with one of those triple a chargers that give you enough battery to talk for a while based on your phone battery
