The copyright date is 2005. I purchased it through a book club in 2010. A couple of things I services included: Due to no optical insurance; I used one website to receive a free eye exam at a local optical place( a $75 value). Also my grandmother came down w/ cancer; traveling 2hrs. For treatment. There was a website to an organization that helped with gas money to receive cancer treatment. :)

wow, so the options you used worked??? Thats amazing, were the websites hard to find?? were ther lots of forms to fill out?? was everything done on line or was there paperwork as well??

Yes it dose work!=) Also, he gives you the websites fort everything! I filled out everything online! It was easy and no mile long forms! ,:-)
