No it's my phone everything on it is clear and no i ment that it has a option to where you can set it so the phone doesn't fully come on with out your personalized password.. there are no current passwords on the phone

One more question :) Do you know if you would be able to get the phone unlocked for Other carriers? I think MetroPCs has an app on the phone where you can request it be permanently unlocked at no charge. Thanks again for your time.
