I actually won this on here. It is a real Dog Collar but my intentions were to wear it myself. It was just a small tad of being too small for my neck . Its gorgeous.It measures 12-1/2 in and about 11-1/4 inches to the first hole.
Winner MUST have their address confirmed in the Listia adress Shipping Address section In " Account settings". If you do NOT have this done then I REFUSE to ship under Listia's own rules and I WILL NOT return your credits. Sorry but this is a MUST .PLEASE DO NOT ask me to do other wise.

Well dang I thought if this was too small for my dogs my cat could wear it, but now I see your comment about it being too heavy for cats. What size dog does this fit? Like what is the biggest you think it would fit?

I cant even be too sure because I dont own a dog to judge lol... You may be able to actually put it on a cat but I just tend to overly baby mine and it isnt a break away collar.
I believe it should fit a medium size dog. I gave the measurements so maybe you can measure the little ones neck ????(or your own ) Who knows I may have a big neck lol... It would fit some humans neck just not mine. The letters and crown also can come off if someone wanted to cut the collar. They slide. The person I won it from suggested to buy a very thin belt and cut off the end.Which is a grat idea but the collar was so nice I really didnt want to ruin it .
