I have a basically brand new nextbook 8 that I haven't been able to use because a couple months after i received it, it just shut off on me and wouldn't restart. I cannot get the screen to turn on at all. I looked online and there are ways to restart it and one of the ways you press the side buttons at the same time and it resets the whole system I guess and it worked for a short period of time afterwards then shut off again and I couldn't figure out to reset it again. It comes with the Manuel and the charger for it. It's android so I'm sure there's someway to fix it. I'm just not a techy person. I received it in April of 2015 as a birthday gift and it had a year warranty but I didn't ever have time to send it in before that year was up and I never got a receipt for it and you need a receipt. So of you can find a way to turn it on. Awesome. It's literally in brand new condition it just decided to shut off on me. Happy bidding!!!
