I got this here off Listia, however, it was too small for me. I can not remember if the original listing said if it was used. It is in great condition. Luly K of New York, Shimmering Gunmetal Greyish blue Duster Jacket. Great with a pair of pants or long skirt.
Beautifully constructed by this designer and a nice compliment to your evening out. Revealing side slit is extra special.
A true show stopper!! Womans medium.

does it have any stretch? When you say chest is 16" would that be about 32" around then, at bust? (trying to figure out if it is too small for me too, as it looks amazing!)

yes, it has some stretch,its 90% nylon 10% lycra.

I tried measuring my length. Little tough to do by myself! LOL! I'm 5 ft. Would it be to long?

I'm 5'2", and it's down to my calf. The jacket I would say is roughly 4'3", if that helps. Thanks for looking
