Is this voice activated, I mean can you tell it to call a certain person you have preset and it will, and the voice activation doesn't have to wait until after the call is answered to turn it on????

As for the voice activation, it should, I mean most phones have that now days anyway. As for your second question I don't know what you mean. I have a wall charger for the phone. The battery should be great, this phone is brand new so the battery is brand new.

this phone is NEW and has only been used 1 month. it is a smart phone and can do anything a blackberry can do. it does alittle bit of everything. i will be sending the books to it with the phone .
