Gelatin caps w/ Lambsquarter is a potent vitamin
---Grows throughout the US. Wild seedlings emerge mid - late spring usually before last frost. Some germinate into summer
---If garden's ready for next year - even couple sq ft, take 1/3 of seeds, mix w/ sand, broadcast now (on top of snow OK). Tiny seeds (1mm.). Sand lets you spread evenly. Rake lightly, require lite to germinate. Put rest (or all) in zip lock & freeze - 4-5 wks & sow in spring when soil's workable
--Transplant easily w/ almost no setback. 3% are brown & germinate easily. Most are black w/ varying dormancy. Some viable for decades. 10-30% germinate this season. That's why 200+ seeds. Rest germinate next & next, etc
---Sow some indoors in a small tray 6-8 weeks before average last freeze. Germination increases w/ lite, strong day & night temp fluctuation, & w/ nitrate in soil. Decent amount of compost in mix increases germination. For temp fluctuation place tray in fridge after dark & return to windowsill in AM til 1st seedlings show. Pot on & move into garden w/ minor hardening off around last freeze

. . Seeds not germinated are still viable but dormant. Add rest of mix to a spot where you want Lambsquarters in the future. 1 plant w/ produce 30,000- 100,000+seeds. You'll have all you can use and more next season.
. . Happy Bidding

. . You're welcome! Looks good so far but no sweat anyway I have thousands of seeds & will keep listing them til almost every one has a chance at winning or the PO runs out of stamps to sell, whichever comes first.

Here is your other auction of the same seeds going on at the same time- one is ending in 20 minutes and this one has 3 hours maybe-thought this was against listia's rules.
It's o.k. to do this?

----What it actually says under "Prohibited Auction Items" is "Multiple identical or very similar items (more than 2)". Notice the "(more than 2)" at the end. I've noticed that some people get around this by changing the word order, dropping out words, changing the # of seeds offered, # of days, etc. & have actually had 3 or 4 listings of something I was interested in going simultaneously within a day or 2 or 3 apart.
-----I was waiting for one of my auctions to end before listing another, but in this case, after listing the first late Sunday nite, I stumbled upon a "my goals" promo on my "My Listia" page offering me 25 bonus credits per day for listing 1 auction each day. The promo was ending at 3 AM & since I'm not going to list my other seeds til I've had a chance to properly clean them, I hurriedly listed these a 2nd time to be awarded the 25 bonus credits.
