I usually wear a 7 1/2 and these are a 7, so I'd say they run a little big.

Up until 3 years ago, I used to wear 4" & 5" all of the time. Then, I fell on my knee and had to have surgery on it because part of my knee cap broke off and they had to clean it up. Then I tore the ligaments in my ankle, broke the other one, plus a surgery on BOTH knees for torn miniscus. I'm a walking time bomb. LOL!
