Can this be attached to a cell phone to text? I'm obviously not too tech savvy, but I can't stand to text because the keyboard on my phone is so small. Thanks, and welcome to Listia!!!

Unfortunately no.

The Rii I8 has a standard USB Dongle that plugs into most commonly computers, game consoles like PS4, XBOX, etc. and BluRay/DVD players to use as a wireless mouse cursor/keyboard.

Good question but unless you could find a adapter that took a male standard USB to whatever your phone charges with, I don't believe it's possible.
