Up for auction is this vintage paperback cookbook called What's Cooking At ..." from Central Bank & Trust. This Fort Worth Texas bank was originally named South Fort Worth State Bank which opened in 1947. The women in the book (and they are all women) are wearing uniforms. There is also a letter from bank president, B.G. Jenkins, in the front. I can't find an exact publication date of this cookbook but pictures suggest the early 1960s. When was the last time bank employees wore uniforms?? This is a great little cookbook for nostalgic collectors. There are a few little holes (puppy?) but they do not destroy anything. There are no tears and all pages are intact.Feel free to ask any questions.
