Center row is all elastic headbands: 1.) Red, white & blue stars & stripes. 2.) 2.5" White with dots shabby on 3/4" blue elastic lace band. 3.) 1.5" Royal blue shabby on 3/8" ivory elastic lace with blue hearts. 4.) 2.25" Peach silk flower with monkey face center on 1/2" wide ivory elastic lace band with peach hearts. 5.) 1.5" Yellow shabby on shiny elastic yellow & white chevron band. 6.)
