It's brand new! This top is made by Liz & Me. The material is 100% stretch cotton knit. Has a round neck and a straight hem. The front and back has a hearts and flowers design in a tie-dye print. Has a few sequins in the outlines. The sequins are in the front only. The tag says size 3X.
